Return & After-Sales Policy

Due to the nature of personal curation and international shipping, all products from InStellia & Co. are custom-selected and directly delivered from overseas.
As such, they are not eligible for the standard 7-day appreciation period under general consumer protection laws. To ensure fair service, the following return policy applies:


🚫 Returns Not Accepted for the Following Reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Color deviation or scent not as expected

  • Wrong size selected

  • Minor packaging dents or aesthetic imperfections

  • Unopened but no longer wanted


✅ Returns/Exchanges Accepted Only Under These Conditions (with unboxing video & photos provided):

  • Received item does not match the order details

  • Product is seriously damaged or leaking during delivery


Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Returned items must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Used or opened items cannot be returned.
